If likes stopped rather than never started, the cause is almost never your face. It is one of three things: you edited the profile, you burned through the local pool, or your own swiping behaviour changed.
Work through them in that order. The first is reversible in about four days and costs nothing to test.

Dating apps re-test a profile after an edit. A new lead photo, a rewritten prompt, even a changed age range puts you back into a test batch, and if the new version performs worse than the old one your reach drops and stays down.
The test: put the old version back exactly as it was and wait four full days. If likes recover, the edit was the cause and you now know which change did it. If nothing recovers, it was not the edit and you have ruled out the most common explanation for the price of a week.
This is why changing five things at once is a mistake. You learn nothing from it.
This is the least glamorous answer and often the correct one. Outside a dense city the pool of active people in your filters is finite, and once you have been shown to most of them your daily likes fall off regardless of how good the profile is.
Widen your distance by twenty miles and widen your age range by two years in each direction. Both are free, both are reversible, and if volume returns within a day the profile was never the problem.
Liking nearly everyone suppresses your reach on every major app. It is the clearest signal available that your likes carry no information, and the apps respond by showing you to fewer people.
If you went through a period of swiping right on everything, be genuinely selective for a week - like maybe one in six - and watch what happens. It usually recovers, though more slowly than the distance fix.
Do not delete and re-create the account. It is the most common advice on the internet and the most expensive: you lose your match history, your conversations, and any standing the account had, in exchange for a short new-user boost that ends in days and leaves you with the same profile that was underperforming.
Do not start paying to fix a reach problem you have not diagnosed. Paid boosts multiply your current conversion rate. Multiplying a bad lead photo gets you more people declining it.
Fixed the profile and still nothing? Sometimes it is the pool, not the photos - the same profile does different numbers on different apps. See which app suits you
