A genuine block is loud. Hinge tells you when your account is banned, and if you can still log in, browse and send likes, your account is not blocked.
What people usually mean by 'blocked' is that likes stopped arriving. That is almost always distribution - the app showing your profile to fewer people - and it has ordinary causes you can act on.

Banned: you are logged out and told so, usually after reports or a terms breach. Unmistakable.
Blocked by one person: you disappear from each other. It affects one thread, not your whole account.
Down-ranked: your profile is still shown, just to fewer people or further down the stack. This is the common one.
Nothing at all: a quiet fortnight that feels like a punishment and is not. Match volume is genuinely lumpy, and small numbers swing hard.
Ask a friend who uses Hinge in your area, in your age range, to search for you. If you appear, nothing is blocked.
Check whether your likes are being sent at all, whether your photos still load on a fresh browser, and whether you have an unread warning in the app. Two of the three most common 'blocks' turn out to be a photo that silently failed moderation.
Long inactivity, then a burst of activity. Liking everything quickly - the app reads indiscriminate liking as low quality and shows you to fewer people. Reports from other users, even ones that did not result in a ban. A rejected photo.
None of these are permanent. Behaving like an ordinary user for a couple of weeks - a handful of considered likes a day, replies to the matches you get - is what recovers them.
The likeliest explanation for a quiet profile is still the profile. A lead photo that does not show your face clearly, a set of five group shots, or an empty prompt will produce the exact silence people attribute to being blocked.
Get it looked at before you delete the account and start again. Starting again with the same photos reproduces the same result, and costs you whatever history the app had built up.
