Plenty of people swipe fast and then review. An unmatch minutes later, before any message, is usually this and carries no information at all.
If it happens right after you message, the message is the cause. The reliable offenders are compliments about appearance, anything sexual, and anything that reads as copy-paste.
Two sentences: one specific reference to their profile, one thing about you.
A strong lead photo followed by photos that look like a different person, or a bio whose tone does not match the pictures, produces an unmatch on the second look.
Consistency across the set matters more than any single photo being excellent.
