Two or three short lines. Long enough to contain something specific, short enough that it gets read on a phone. An empty bio is worse than a mediocre one - it reads as a bot or as no effort.

A three-line bio of adjectives fails for the same reason a twelve-line one does: nothing in it can be replied to.
Judge it by whether a stranger could write you two sentences without inventing a reason. If not, it is the wrong content, not the wrong length.
One specific thing you actually do. One statement of what you are looking for. One hook - a mild opinion or an unfinished story.
Everything else is decoration.
