'Adventurous, laid-back, love to travel and try new food.' Every part of that is true of most people, so it distinguishes nothing and offers no opening.
Replace each claim with the specific thing behind it. Not 'love to travel' but 'I went to Lisbon for four days and spent three of them in the same bakery'.
Most profiles do not state their intent, which pushes the awkward conversation to message ten instead of message zero.
One plain line about what you are looking for filters out the mismatches before they cost anyone time.
End on something answerable. A mild opinion, an unfinished story, a question that is not a chore.
The test: could a stranger write you two sentences without having to invent a reason? If not, rewrite it.
