Find which stage is leaking and fix only that. Impressions to matches is photos. Matches to conversations is prompts and openers. Conversations to dates is asking. Most people fix the wrong stage for months.

Few matches: the lead photo. Matches that never speak: your prompts give nothing to reply to, or your opener is generic. Conversations that never become plans: nobody is asking, or the ask is too big.
These do not substitute. A better bio does not fix an unasked question.
Propose something small, early, and specific. Most conversations that go nowhere are not rejections - they simply never contained an invitation.
'There's a coffee place by the park I keep meaning to try - Saturday?' outperforms 'we should hang out sometime', which is not an ask at all.
Forty minutes and a coffee gets a yes from people who would decline dinner. A first meeting is a screening, not an event, and treating it as one raises your acceptance rate immediately.
More swiping increases matches and does nothing to the rate at which they become dates. If the conversion is broken, doing more of it just produces more places for it to break.
