Write three specific things about your actual life and one thing that is easy to reply to. Specific means a detail nobody else could have written: not 'I love travel' but 'I plan whole trips around where I can get a decent bowl of noodles'.
The test for every line is whether the opposite is a real position someone could hold. Nobody says they hate laughing or dislike their friends, so those lines say nothing about you and cost you the space to say something that does.

One line on what you actually do with your time - the thing you would do this Saturday, not the thing you aspire to.
One line with a real opinion. A mild, defensible, slightly funny position is ideal: the best chip shop in town, the film everyone likes that you do not, the hill you will die on about coffee. This is what people reply to.
One line on what you are looking for, stated plainly. Not a list of requirements - just whether you want something serious, something casual, or you are working it out.
One line that hands them an opening. A question, an invitation to disagree, or an unfinished thought. Without this, the person who likes your profile still has to invent an opener from nothing, and most of them will not bother.
'Fluent in sarcasm', 'partner in crime', 'work hard play hard', 'living life to the fullest', 'ask me anything', 'not here for hookups', 'if you're reading this you're probably bored'. Each of these appears on a large fraction of profiles, which means each one makes you less distinguishable, not more.
Also cut the list of things you hate. A bio that opens with what will get someone unmatched reads as someone who has had a bad time, which is understandable and is still not attractive to a stranger.
Between forty and eighty words is the range that gets read. Under twenty reads as no effort; over a hundred and fifty reads as a CV and gets skimmed to nothing.
If you cannot fill forty words, that is a signal about the photos rather than the writing: people who like your photos will read a short bio, and people who do not will not read a long one.
